I’ve been going to Ideal Nutrition for a while and even got my first free meal with points :) Food is always good and tasty. Workers are always super professional, nice, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the assistance of Keilyn, El, Zach, and Donovan. Their great service and positive attitude always make me want to come back again.

Food is pretty good, and for the price its great. Might lack variation sometimes but if you ask for help you’ll get someone like Keilyn who will somehow always find a way to show meals you might’ve looked over. Great service always!

Paris at Ideal Nutrition went above and beyond for me last week. I had extra bags and told him I’d come back to grab them, but instead he took the time to walk them all the way out to my car without hesitation. That kind of thoughtfulness and customer service really stands out. Super appreciated and definitely made my day easier. Thanks again, Paris!

Great spot for all of your meal prep needs! New location in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It's bright, shiny, and new! The staff is great and very helpful. The meals are really good, and actually affordable! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this place!! The meals are delicious and always fresh. Kelli’s is the sweetest and always so attentive. I feel like I’ve known her forever since I’ve been coming in grand opening day haha. Highly suggest if you’re reluctant

Ideal Nutrition is fantastic, but what truly makes the experience exceptional is the customer service—especially from El and Brandon. I’m often rushing in before work, and they always greet me warmly and help me get my meals quickly. They go above and beyond every single time. They are incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely care about their customers, which is rare to find these days. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, El and Brandon made everything seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to help truly set IN apart. The meals are fantastic, but the service is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend.

so unfortunately, I missed my delivery a my gate, I drove to the Fort Lauderdale location. My order was ready early. The young lady with the long braids and glasses was extremely friendly and helpful. ( I forgot her name) I was by myself and didn’t have my black bags so the customer service rep, Paris without hesitation helped me carry my 20 items in two bags out to my car!!! That was very kind and polite of him very respectful young man. These are the kind of employees that need a raise and a promotion. Best Regards - Ms Ferrari 😎

I was really happy with my meals. The location is convenient as are their hours. I needed an early place to stop before work and was happy they were open as fresh market doesn’t open til 8. It was clean, many food options, a microwave and seating area if needed, and friendly service. I loved the vegetarian options. Protein muffins were also excellent. I’ll definitely be a regular.
